In working with Universities, community colleges, code camps, and technology meetups around the world, Inflectra has identified glaring inequalities in terms of access to modern software technologies and gaps between the skills needed by employers and the formal technical education provided.
Inflectra, therefore, commits to offer its technical assistance and a helping hand to all institutions that work to narrow the North-South knowledge gap and prepare the next generation of software engineers for the labor market of the 21 century.
