Inflectra had the privilege of meeting with one of our longest-standing partners, Mortoff Business and IT Consulting Services Ltd in Budapest, Hungary on October 7, 2024. Held at Mortoff’s headquarters, this was not just a reunion of partners, but also an opportunity to engage with joint customers and prospects from the region. It was an exciting time to share our latest innovations and strengthen our collaboration, all just a short journey away from the upcoming Automation Star conference in Vienna.

Mortoff: A Key Partner in Central-East Europe
Mortoff, headquartered in Budapest, has been a leading professional solution provider in Central-East Europe, excelling in IT development, consultancy, and testing services. Since 2009, they have been a key Inflectra partner, consistently helping us bridge business-IT domains with shared customers across industries like Financial Services, Media, Government, and Defense. Their expertise in development and testing methodologies makes them an ideal partner, and today they stand as a Platinum Inflectra Partner in the region.
A Day of Demos, Presentations, and Future Strategy
Our meeting with Mortoff was particularly significant as it was the first time we were able to connect in person after so many years. This face-to-face interaction was an invaluable moment for both Inflectra and Mortoff to discuss how we could further align our efforts in the region and build on our existing customer base.
During the event, we presented to joint customers and prospects, showcasing Inflectra’s mission and the powerful tool suite we offer. There was palpable excitement as we unveiled some of our latest developments, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI). Our demonstration highlighted how we are incorporating generative AI into Spira and Rapise, offering our customers cutting-edge functionality that will enhance their testing and development capabilities. We also introduced SpiraApps, our extensibility framework, which allows users to tailor Spira to their industry’s specific needs.
Following the customer-focused sessions, the Inflectra and Mortoff teams met privately to discuss strategic plans for the future. We explored opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within our shared customer base, outlined strategies for expanding our presence in the region, and brainstormed co-marketing initiatives that will fuel growth throughout Q4 2024 and beyond.
The event also gave us a clearer understanding of how Mortoff can be better supported as a partner. They shared valuable insights into regional successes with other partners, and we discussed how to better cater our co-marketing efforts to ensure they resonate with the local market. With these insights in hand, we left Budapest feeling more aligned than ever with Mortoff and enthusiastic about the possibilities ahead.

We are incredibly grateful to Mortoff for helping organize such a successful event and to our Inflectra team for their dedication in making this visit a valuable experience.
