A few weeks ago, members of Inflectra’s development and cloud engineering teams stepped away from the normal rhythm of sprints, tickets, releases, and video calls for something equally important: time to think deeply about what comes next.
Our engineering offsite gave the team an opportunity to come together in person, challenge assumptions, share ideas, and have the kinds of strategic conversations that are difficult to squeeze into a normal working week.
The agenda was deliberately focused on the issues that will shape both Inflectra and the wider software industry over the coming years: how quality engineering is changing, how AI will reshape the software development lifecycle, how we continue modernizing our own technology, and how we make sure our people have the environment they need to do their best work.

The KSA Region will enable Inflectra to run workloads and securely store content in Saudi Arabia while serving end users with even lower latency.
