As we head into the final months of 2025, we want to provide advance notice of some pricing changes we have planned for 2026.
For our cloud customers, we are planning only a small price increase of 2.5% to cover the increased costs of operating our services, mainly ensuring our employees are fairly paid and that we can continue to invest and innovate in both our core products and our new Inflectra.ai service. We have had frequent releases of our products during 2025 and we anticipate this continuing in 2026.
For our on-premise customers, unlike many of our competitors (e.g. Atlassian) that are deprecating their on-premise products, we have made a long-term commitment to support both cloud and on-premise customers. In fact we are enhancing our support for on-premise customers with new enhanced customer onboarding and premium support programs. In addition, we are even looking at ways to allow on-premise customers have access to generative AI from behind the firewall. So, in order to provide this long-term commitment to on-premise, we are increasing our on-premise prices to be closer to cloud, with an 8% increase in 2026. One exception is that the pricing for all editions of Rapise will only be increasing by 2.5%, the same as our SaaS/Cloud products.
On the integration side of things, we made large improvements to our Jira Data synchronization this year, and we anticipate making enhancements in 2026 to our GitHub and GitLab plugins as more customers migrate from tools like Jenkins, BitBucket and Azure DevOps. So we will be increasing the price for our data synchronization service in 2026.
Finally, we have some exciting news. We will be considerably reducing the price of Inflectra.ai. Thanks to our partnership with Amazon (AWS), we are able to offer generative and agentic AI capabilities at a lower cost. Amazon is providing increasingly powerful LLMs that run at a fraction of the cost of other models, and we are happy to pass on the cost savings to our customers. Starting immediately, Inflectra.ai will cost $1.99/user/month.
