PANELISTS:

Adam Sandman founded Inflectra in 2006. Today, Adam serves as the company's CEO. He is responsible for product strategy, technology innovation, and business development. He lives in Washington, D.C., with his family. Prior to founding Inflectra, Sandman worked as a director for Sapient Government Services, where he was in charge of development with the U.S. Marine Corps. and other government agencies, and was responsible for leading many capture teams and writing whitepapers and position statements to build Sapient’s reputation as a leader in the defense space. He studied physics at Oxford University.

Dermot Canniffe has been in the software industry since 2001, serving in a variety of roles, including development, testing and automation. He has a particular interest in Agile methodologies, and the various means by which teams can communicate and collaborate effectively. He is most likely to draw metaphors and similes from Star Trek, Star Wars and other sci-fi universes. 
Simon Bor is a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Products. Simon is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of Inflectra’s suite of products as well as working with the customer support teams to ensure high satisfaction from our users and customers. Simon holds an M.A. degree from the University of Cambridge, as well as a B.A. in Political, Social, and Medical Sciences.

 

Moderator:

Dr. Sriram Rajagopalan is the Head of Training & Learning Services as well as our Enterprise Agile Evangelist. Sriram designs and orchestrates the training curriculum for Inflectra’s platform, along with delivering business process consulting for strategic companies in multiple industries using Inflectra’s products. In addition, Sriram serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Northeastern University, designing and delivering courses on Leadership, Project Management, Agile, and Information Technology. Sriram holds a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras in India, an MS in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan, an MBA in Management from Concordia University, Wisconsin, and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minnesota.
