The "My Assigned Work" SpiraApp is an all-in-one, interactive grid that consolidates your assigned artifacts into a single, user-friendly interface. Available for both SpiraTeam and SpiraPlan users, this new widget serves as a streamlined alternative to the existing "My Assigned..." widgets, providing direct access to essential information at a glance.

  • Comprehensive Overview: Easily view your most recent open artifacts, including Requirements, Test Cases, Incidents, Tasks, Test Sets, Documents, and Risks – all within an interactive grid.

  • Enhanced Efficiency: Sort, filter, and manage your work with just a few clicks. Use column headers to organize by key details like ID, Name, Priority, Status, Type, and Due Date. No more jumping between different screens; everything you need is right at your fingertips.

  • Customization: Choose between viewing all products or focusing on your current product. In "Current Product" mode, use the dropdown to filter artifacts linked to specific releases, allowing you to hone in on what's most relevant to your current priorities.

  • Visual Indicators: Important dates turn red if they’re overdue, providing you with a clear, visual reminder to prioritize tasks effectively.

 

How to Use the SpiraApp

  1. Access the "My Assigned Work" SpiraApp: Download this SpiraApp from the Inflectra website here.

  2. Add the SpiraApp: Go to your "My Page," enter edit mode, and locate the "SpiraApp Widgets" section. Simply drag and drop the "My Assigned Work" widget to your desired section on the page.

  3. Explore Features: The widget displays a comprehensive grid of your artifacts, which you can sort and filter based on artifact type or specific releases. Your preferences are saved locally, so the next time you log in, your settings are just as you left them!
