Major Features
This new version introduces the ability to tag followers into conversations using the common @mention method found in other platforms and new program-level reports for SpiraPlan that build on the new scaled agile functionality introduced in v7.7:
- SpiraPlan (only) adds brand new program-level reporting functionality. Four new standard reports for program milestones and capabilities are now included, or create your own program-level custom reports.
- Our upgraded rich text editor lets you use @ to quickly find any product member and mention them in comments or a description. Any mentioned user is, where relevant, automatically added to the artifact as a follower.
- System admins can now quickly see all the programs a user is a member of, with a dedicated tab on the View/Edit user detailed screen in system administration.

- Fix the installer to provide consistent internal file names (inside the installer itself not the application) when upgrading to v7.7 [IN:8473]
