Spira and Rapise Roadmaps Released for 2021

We are pleased to announce that we have released the latest product roadmaps for our Spira - application lifecycle management platform and Rapise - automated testing solution for 2021. These updated roadmap documents provide information on the functionality you can enjoy in the next 1-2 years as part of our frequent updates to both products.

Spira Roadmap

The latest roadmap for SpiraTest, SpiraTeam, and SpiraPlan can always be found on SpiraDoc:

The roadmap lists the features planned for the next version (v6.7.1) at the time of writing as well as the features and enhancements planned for future releases, grouped by theme and area of the system (Planning, Testing, Development, Tracking, Reporting and Cross-Cutting). Some of the key highlights for this coming year are:

  • Source Code Management (SCM) enhancements including Git pull requests
  • Inline document/content editing of rich text, plain text, and markdown pages
  • Time tracking and resource planning
  • Planning board and agile planning enhancements

Rapise Roadmap

The roadmap lists the features planned for the next version (v6.7) at the time of writing as well as the features and enhancements planned for future releases, grouped by theme and area of the system (SpiraTest integration, object repository, executing tests on Linux/Mac/containers, user experience, and integrations/platforms).

Some of the key highlights for this coming year are:

  • Enhancements to the integration between Rapise and Microsoft Azure DevOps Pipelines
  • Flaky test identification and tracking functionality
  • Flexible, hierarchical object repositories
