This new version has the following changes:
- Fixes security issue where temporary attachments associated with un-submitted tickets could be viewed by other users
- Fixes XSS issue on forum tag search results page
- Adds shortcut hyperlink from user details page to the Administration > Edit Users page
- Ability for administrators to create users as well as existing self-registration option
- Employee, manager and administrator roles can now submit tickets on behalf of other users
