Synchronization with Inflectra's CRM System
Our new and improved partner portal includes a major update to the referral and lead tracking system. This system allows our partners (both technology and solution) to easily and quickly register new leads into the partner portal. These leads can be simply registered for visibility - when the partner wants to lead and work on these opportunities by themselves - or registered for co-sell support - where the Inflectra account team will actively assist the partner with product demonstrations, POC assistance and any other needs they have.
When a deal is registered for co-sell assistance, it will automatically synchronize the referral with the Inflectra CRM platform that is used to track all customer contact. The CRM system will automatically assign an Inflectra account manager to the deal based on the geography and industry of the customer.
The synchronization will then automatically update the lead in the partner portal daily with any changes to the status of the deal (if it moves sales stages and/or is considered won or lost) as well as any changes to the assigned account manager.
In addition, the partner portal will send out an automated email to both Inflectra and the partner, keeping everyone aligned on the status of the referral. This way, the partner can know immediately if there is action they need to take.
