Hi All,
We are trying to integrate Spira with Jira. Followed the instructions in the "SpiraTestPlanTeam External Bug Tracking Integration Guide.pdf".
Getting the below 2 errors:
1) General Error: Web Exception Error calling JIRA REST API: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.at Inflectra.SpiraTest.PlugIns.Jira5DataSync.JiraClient.JiraManager.RunQuery(JiraResource resource, String argument,General Error: Web Exception Error calling JIRA REST API: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.at Inflectra.SpiraTest.PlugIns.Jira5DataSync.JiraClient.JiraManager.RunQuery(JiraResource resource, String argument, String data, String method)at Inflectra.SpiraTest.PlugIns.Jira5DataSync.JiraClient.JiraManager.GetPermissions()at Inflectra.SpiraTest.PlugIns.Jira5DataSync.DataSync.Execute(Nullable`1 lastSyncDate, DateTime serverDateTime)

Please let us know if any resolutions for this.

It sounds like the JIRA URL may be incorrect. What URL are you using to connect to JIRA?
Please send a screenshot of your JIRA plugin configuration screen to support@inflectra.com.

Jira URL: https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2
(We tried direct URL without the rpc/soap extention too, but dint work)
