Possibility to pass parameters to UFT engine

I'm running some UFT test cases from Spira:
- setting UFT as Automation Engine
- setting in FileName parameter the path to the test case to run (ie, "C:\UFT_Test\TestDemo").
This test case works without any issue.

From Spira, I'd like to pass a parameter to this test case, ie ParameterValue1.

Is it possible to do so? is there a way to retrieve this parameter from UFT script?
