Why no test run attached with the Release/Build result

I am using Jenkins Plug-in. When the job is executed in Jenkins, the corresponding build entry is created in SpiraTest proper Release, but in the Build Details page, under the Test Runs part, there is no any test cases run result is attached with this build. Any idea, why this part is missing?

If you run a test in SpiraTest you have the option of choosing the 'Fixed Build', when you do that, the test runs will then show up against that build.

I am confused. Do you mean the result running in Jenkins can't not attach with the test runs?
