Flag test cases when a requirement changes?

Is there any way to flag a test case when a requirement changes? So as to notify the user that the requirement has changed and the plan needs to be modified / reviewed?

Evaluating the software, don't immediately see it.

There is not immediately a way to do it, however we're adding review statuses and workflows into our next (v4.3) release.
