Unnecessary notifications

Can you tell me why this workflow would be sending notifications to anyone (other than the Project Owner) who are not selected to receive them?

There are no separate Notification Events that would trigger these notices.

Hi Tammy,

When the transition in your screenshot is executed, a notification should go to everyone who has the Project Owner role in the current project.

Are you saying that it is sending additional notifications? If so, would you mind creating a Help Desk ticket for it? Please include the header information from one of the extra notifications. (It includes details that are extremely useful for troubleshooting.)
