One of our client is expecting to migrate from SPIRA to Jira. Now the need is, we require to either port or backup data.
1. Do we have any tool which can help in migrating the project data (requirements, test cases, attachments and incidents) to Jira?
2. If Jira migration tool is not available, is there a way to backup complete project data to MSWord or HTML for future offline references (without spira)?
Please suggest
Thanks

Hi Jagadesh,
1) our existing data synchronization tool will allow you to export defects into Jira
2) You can run a report in Spira to generate a MS-Word, XML, or Excel report of the data in the system.

Go to this page and download add-in's fos excel and word. Here is the link to the documentation that will help you with exporting and importing test cases directly from spiratest.
If you go further down in the Other Migration Tools Section, you can create a backup of the project on your local drive.
