Hello, I tried to change the status of a requirement ticket from one status "Developed" to another "Ready for test" but when saved, the ticket goes back to the previous status ("Developed").
The History tab shows the change of value (old value = Developed and new value = Ready for test) but the ticket is not. I checked the workflow, the rights, the assignment of the workflow to this type of ticket. Everything seems to be right. Could you please help ?

If you want to exclusively use the workflow to change the status of requirements, then please turn off the following setting: Product Admin -> Planning -> Planning Options, scroll down to the setting called "Use Task Status". Uncheck it, then save.
Note that this setting is product-specific, so you might want to consider changing it on your other products too.
