Requirement workflow: decline?

The default workflow only seems to have "requested", "under review", or "accepted".

What about declined/not doing?  We do not want to delete the requirement, as it has important historical information and discussion about why it was declined.

Would we need to add a custom workflow step for this? It seems like something that should be in the standard workflow.

Hi Curt,

There actually is a default requirement step/status called "rejected". It sounds like that's what you are looking for.  Do you not see "rejected" status in your SpiraTeam instance?

If you need further assistance, I suggest logging a Help Desk ticket here

Elise

I see it now, had to move to "In Review" first.

I guess its not intuitive why you can go from Requested to Accepted, but cannot go from Requested to Rejected

Thanks

The workflow is completely configurable, so if you would like to go directly from Requested to Rejected, you can add that transition.
