Here is a the first workflow to work a Manual Test Case through approval
Once a Manual Type Test Case reaches the Approved Status, the type can be changed to Automated Test which uses a different workflow.
This workflow starts at the Approved Status and moves through until the Automated Script is Verified and then Ready for Test
