Hi All,
Not sure if any of you facing this issue but from past 3-4 days my Incidents/Test Cases etc section on Spiratest is not loading on some browsers like FF,Chrome. Able to login and shown My Dashboard page but when on click on Test Cases/Incidents/Reporting tab the loading icon just keeps on revolving and does not load page even after waiting for a long time.
It was working fine on IE10 till yesterday but today I am facing this issue on IE10 also.
Can someone pls help me on this as it might be due to some missing plugin or something?

Sorry to hear about this, could you log a support ticket and include a screenshot of what's happening... The application is pure DHTML/AJAX and doesn't use any plugins apart from one for screenshot capture...
Is this a hosted subscription or an on-premise installation?
