I notice there's no Add button to add a Defect to a Test Case, although you can add a Test Case to a Defect (which I'm using as a workaround), but this doesn't seem very logical: why would you allow this to be done one way but not the other?Or is there a way of configuring this somewhere in Administration that I'm not aware of?ThanksJason
The reason is that you have to pick a specific test step in the test case, so if you go to a defect / incident, you can add a defect to a test step:

Groan ok, it would be good to have a bit more flexibility on what you link to what though as we have different flavours of testing and not every test case will have detailed test steps below it, this is how it is on the ground.... nit as regimented as you might think across projects....
