Why The Spira Test Set Status not changed when Spira RemoteLaunch running?

Hi,

I have an issue with SpiraTest test automation run when executing test cases under the test set in SpiraTest v4.0.   I am attaching the image shot for your information. The issue is Test Set status never changes while the Spira RemoteLaunch has received the Test Sets to be exeucted and has been running the test.  Is it because the SpiraTest configuration has been changed?

Version SpiraTest v4.0 (009)
RemoteLaubch v4.0

Step

1.Set Spira Test Set Automation Planned Date  in the Spira Test Server.

2. .In SpiraTest, set  Automation Engine is UFT

3.The Spira RemoteLaunch gets Test Sets in Automation Host.

4.The Test Set Status has not changed in the Spira Test Server while the Test Sets Automation is running.

Result: Since the Test Set status has not been changed, the Spira RemoteLaunch still get Test Sets request and the automation execution keeps running and running and never stopped.  See the screen shot below.
