Enhancement Request: When you email an item, record that action and the subject in the comments

Unfortunately, it's very easy to forget that you have done this.  Please update the "Email" command so that it emails the artifact details and also records that action and the subject you provided in the comments.  It would also be good to have the action in the history, but it's more important to have it in easily visible in the comments.
