I'd like to export certain incidents with all its information (Status, Attachments, Comments, History) from one project to another. I'm not seeing this capability when I try this through 'Export to Project' function under Incident | Tools or through the Import / Export function from SpiraImportTemplate spreadsheet. Is there a way to do this from the database?
I notice that there are other threads asking for links or associations from one project to another (currently not available); that would also work for us if available.

Unfortunately there's not a way currently to import the incident including the comments and history. The Tools > Export to Project is the best option we have at present. To do it through the database would be a bit tricky, however you could do it through the SOAP or REST API by returning back an incident record and then adjusting the status, priority, type, severity and custom properties to have the IDs from the destination project and then add to the destination project.
