Ordered and unordered list formatting incorrect

Hi there

We detected, that the formatting of ordered and unordered lists after saving content are not the same as what you see whilst editing the content.
See on following example of a test case step:
- a, b, c... converts to 1, 2, 3 ...!
- bullet points show as they would be nested on more hierarchy level.

Please fix. Thanks.

Thanks for flagging this! It looks like there's a mismatch between how list formatting appears during editing versus after saving — specifically, unordered bullets turning into numbered lists and indentation levels changing unexpectedly. This could be due to how the content is being parsed or rendered post-save. I recommend nel net checking the save logic or stylesheet handling for list elements to ensure consistency between the editor and final output. Let me know if you'd like help pinpointing the exact cause or testing a fix.

Hello,

Yes, the CKEditor version we have implemented right is not handling some of the HTML formatting options in the exactly same way as expected.
It is indeed due to parsing after save issue.

We do have an existing record logged in our internal system [IN:9471] so I'm adding your vote to it right now.
