Hello!
I'm working on Spira - Jira integration at my company and I ran into a problem that if the Jira ticket is created by anyone, my own user still appears in the creator. We created a technical user in Spira so that the Spira tickets coming from Jira are created by him, I entered the user's name and password in the DataSyncService config file, but my user still creates the tickets. Could you please help me with where the user needs to be rewritten, or what the problem might be?

Usually the issue is this:
Jira's API will only let another system pick the 'reporter' if the UI in Jira also allows that same API user to do the same thing.
So if you login to Jira with that 'technical user', can you pick a different reporter on the create new issue screen in Jira? If not, then that is the problem. You need to modify the workflow in Jira to allow that.
If that's not the issue, check the event log in Spira for any user mapping warnings.
Please raise a support ticket if neither of these fix the issue.
