Notification Events: not to notify a person who has changed

Hello,

Is there a way not to notify via email a person who has changed a requirement but to notify other users with the same role?

Let's imagine a situation that Business Analyst (BA) is changing a requirement. I want to notify other BAs about changes in requirements BUT currently Spira notifies a person who has raised a change and spams him (he already knows what he has changed).

Another question is not to notify instantly but to collect changes in bundles: BA could press "Save" button after each small change but I want to notify other BAs once a day only.
