Insert Step button only works one time, or after page refresh

Hello,

When I write test steps, I insert a new step using the 'Insert Step' button. From there, I can inert a new step, update the current one, this all works perfectly. But if I then want to insert a new test step, I can click on the same button, but the button does not respond. When I click somewhere else on the page, sometimes the button works again. When I refresh the page, the button works as well. But this behavior is quite annoying.

I verified this with the online demo, and I have the same behavior there. We are using Internet Explorer 10.0.23. Does anybody have the same behavior (and a possible fix). A colleague of me tried it with Chrome, and there it works out of the box. But the company prefers that we use Internet Explorer.
