I ran the "Sync with Spira" from Rapise which ran with no errors. However, for each of the six test cases that I synched, the Automation section of the test case in Spira has nothing in the Repository, and instead has the Repository.json file attached. All of the required documents are in the Planning > Documents list. Not sure what went wrong.

There is nothing wrong with the link to Repository.json. This is how new versions of Rapise maintain links. If you have issues with running these automated tests, I suggest to create a ticket in the support area as we may need to request some specific information.
