I'm experiencing issues when trying to record or execute tests with Chrome. I can record and run tests with any other browser, but when I try it with Chrome, I get an error message on the screen: Failed to connect to Chrome. In the out.log file, this error appears:

Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.812 Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

SeS Recorder Starting...

Rapise Version:7.4.27.74 Verbose level:1 Recording script file: C:\Users\pc\Documents\My Rapise Tests\Demo1\Main.js Recording window title: regex:.* class: regex:.* Creating a locator: HTML Creating a locator: HTML FPP started: 1681729736748 Initializing Web, g_browserLibrary=Selenium Creating a locator: UIAutomation Creating a locator: UIAutomation2 Failed to connect to: Chrome Failed to connect WebDriver

I've already checked that the webdriver and the browser are updated and compatible, and I've also tried disabling the antivirus.

Please, log a ticket because it seems as you are doing everything correctly and there is something wrong.

We are facing the same issue when we are running the tests on VM. Is there any update on this issue ?

Recommended approach is to upgrade to Rapise 8. It stopped working because of changes with chromdriver since version 108. Latest version of Rapise knows how to deal with this.

I hope that helps.
