Hello,
We would like to automaticaly import comments on IN, RQ or TK....but apparently there is no RemoteComment available for Incidents in the online documentation (https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraDemo3/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.aspx).

am I right and if it's the case, how can we managed this use case?

Do you have a ideas, spira guys? it's becoming important for us as we are migrating our incidents from bugzilla to spira with several scripts in our code which added comments.....
We'll finaly used a custom edit field dedicated to the changeset...it's accessible through webservice and there isn't size limitation apparently.

There is a function called Incident_AddResolutions(...) - see https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraDemo3/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.aspx?operation=Incident_AddResolutions
That is actually the function to use. Incidents have comments called "Resolutions" (the name changed after the API was written).
