Hello all, I have followed all the instructions and installed the Add Ins correctly, but I cannot connect to the Spira Test host we use. When trying to connect I get: "Unable to connect to Server. The error message was: "Message version was not recognized"" The protocol for the Spira server is https...what am I missing? Thanks. I would try when you have a direct connection to the server (no proxy servers) and see if that works. If not, please submit a help desk ticket. Regards Adam Hello , I'd like to re-open this issue, do to unresolved problem. The Add In works using direct connection (by accesing Spira form other network without proxy). The problem is, that I have to use it in the network with the web access via proxy server. Is it possible to use AddIn via proxy? Do you can provide an example for the connection to Spira via proxy in C# code?
