Hi Juan Generally that error occurs when an HTTP proxy server is interfering with the web service data being sent from the Excel Add-In to the SpiraTest server. I would try when you have a direct connection to the server (no proxy servers) and see if that works. If not, please submit a help desk ticket. Hi Juan Generally that error occurs when an HTTP proxy server is interfering with the web service data being sent from the Excel Add-In to the SpiraTest server. I would try when you have a direct connection to the server (no proxy servers) and see if that works. If not, please submit a help desk ticket. Regards Adam Hello , I'd like to re-open this issue, do to unresolved problem. The Add In works using direct connection (by accesing Spira form other network without proxy). The problem is, that I have to use it in the network with the web access via proxy server. Is it possible to use AddIn via proxy? Do you can provide an example for the connection to Spira via proxy in C# code? Regards Suad
