I Need your Help On Priority to Understand the Issue which I am Facing During the Migration from HPALM to Spira Test. We are currently facing significant issues with the migration from ALM to SpiraTest . During our validation, we have identified discrepancies in the number of test runs migrated across multiple projects. Below Projects include: Global Vision - 27 test runs vs. 4 migrated JDE1 - 619 vs. 389 LIMS - 2,781 test sets vs. 2,760 MyProcess - 646 vs. 430 Serialization - 906 vs. 471 SuccessFactors - 101 vs. 29 Trackwise - 556 vs. 210 IT Operations - issue observed with some attachment migration LIMS : 2890 Vs 287 These discrepancies are substantial and require urgent investigation before we can proceed further with the migration/validation activities. I have attached Log Files for 02 Projects for your Reference LIMS & Trackwise. We need your immediate support to resolve or Suggest to troubleshoot these issues together. Please have the appropriate technical/migration specialist join the call so we can review the migration logs, mapping, and missing records and determine the root cause.

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Request for Support on Migration Issue

Dear Inflectra Team, Hope you are Well & Return back to Office. As we are running out of time and need to go live as soon as possible, I would also like to understand whether, if we provide the backup files of some ALM project , your team would be able to either: Migrate the data directly into SpiraTest , or Guide us on how to perform the migration using the ALM database backup files. We would appreciate your support and recommendations on the best approach to expedite the migration process and ensure a successful go-live. Thank you for your assistance.

<a10:updated>2026-09-28T09:16:51-04:00</a10:updated>

Hello, Unfortunately, were not able to see any logs in the forum thread. As Victoria mentioned, the best place for urgent issues is our dedicated help desk, not the public forums, where the focus is on questions/answers that benefit the wider Inflectra community.
