Inflectra Customer Forums: Release version field is too short (20 chars) (Thread) Hello, we found out that there is a restriction in release version field. Unfortunatelly we need much more characters than that - possibly 40, because were keeping a lot of informations in this field. Is there a reason for it being that limited? Would it be maybe possible to make it longer in next update? Our problem is, that we have several projects with different versions and configurations running in parallel. For tracking whole project it is crucial for us to use Version # field as the main identifier of product version/configuration, therefor we would prefer the field to be expanded to at least 40 characters. Would it be possible to allow the setting of the required Version # field length?
