Hi. I have some problems syncing User Stories from jira down to the Requirements section in spiratest. Everything is set up just right. Syncing the incidents is working OK. I have used the user story key in jira 18 and typed it in the section : Data Synchronization - View Project Mappings - Requirement - Type - User Story. And hitted Save. But nothing is synchronising (still just insidents is synchronising). I have also tried to use the: Custom 04 field in - Data Synchronization - Edit. But still no Synchronization. The view errors in Data Synchronization is not the best to show detailed info on errors and debugging. (Maybe a area to do improvments). We just have the SpiraTest license (not the SpiraTeam one). Do we need the spirateam license to sync user stories and requirements in spiratest? Or maybe I have not done it correctly? I have tried to look up documents and forums for help, but refere to requirements - spirateam sync with jira. It sounds like you have everything setup OK, so please log a help desk ticket with us to investigate further.
