    I am project owner, and creating requirements for the project - and I get email notification for each requirement created by me myself.     For example in Jira you don't get email notifications for issues etc. that you yourself created, only when others do.     I still want receive notifications when someone else creates/modifies requirements.     If you are in one of the roles listed in the notification rule then you will get the notification, even if you were the person performing the action.
