    From my understanding, TestLink is an open source test management tool ( www.testlink.org ?)  not a test automation tool, so typically you would migrate from TestLink to SpiraTest rather than integrating them.     If that's your plan, then I'd just export the TestLink test cases into a CSV format and then load them into SpiraTest using our MS-Excel Importer.
