Hi,

We have a custom field in incidents which we have assigned a type 'Date' (we're using this for target fix date). We'd like to be able to filter view and display blanks only (so in defect management meetings/reports we can highlight incidents which currently don't have a target fix date) but doesn't appear to be possible. If someone could confirm whether or not this can be configured in settings at all it would be appreciated. However, if the field is blank, sorting the list can group the blanks at either the top or the bottom. The enhancement is logged in our backlog. Most likely will get implemented as part of the overall grid modernization.

<a10:updated>2024-07-17T20:05:07-04:00</a10:updated>
