    I am currently developing a tool which connects to SPIRA. I would like to know how can i send back to SPIRA using C# MFC test incindent status and how can i create from here test runs?     I would recommend logging a  help desk ticket  for this instead since most likely there will be lots of follow-up questions, more than makes sense for this forum.     However at a high level you basically create a Visual Studio C# project and add a Service Reference to the WCF/SOAP web service URL for your SpiraTest instance and then you can code against it.     An example of this would be our NUnit extension and our MS-Test extension both of which include the source code ( https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraTest/Downloads.aspx ).
