Hi all, First of all, I would thank your for your assistance and your product is matching our need perfectly. Here is my issue : I do have the SpiraTest 4.0. When i choose to have an incident report summary/detailed and i choose whatever type of file to open with ( for instance i choose Excel 2007 because i want to have answers from the developpement team about the incidents) , the report can be open with Excel but it doesn't bring all the incidents and it stops at lets say #1981 knowing that there are much more than that. What can I do to resolve the problem because my team is unable to report all the incidents. I would upgrade to SpiraTest v4.2 and use the MS-Word, MS-Excel 2007+ formats and it will fix your issue.
