I read in this post that I should be able to get Email notifications when a comment is added to an artifact in the 4.0 version of SpiraTeam. I have not been able to get this feature to work. I created a new Event Notification with the following properties: Event Name: "Tasks: Comments" Artifact Type: Task On Creation? No Active? This will be fixed in the v4.1 release, however if this is something different I'd recommend logging a help desk ticket with a description of the issue (and a link to this forum post). Tested with SpiraTet Version 4.1.0.6 and Version 4.2.0.8 . So I 'd ask if this bug has been fixed ? But it still exists for Test Sets and Test Cases. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It's scheduled to be fixed in version 5.0.
