I observed that when I add a comment C1 to a bug in Jira, then the comment is replicated into Spira (correct). Then, if I add a new comment C2 in Jira, the sync brings C1 and C2 into Spira. Again, if I add a third comment C3 in Jira, the sync brings C1, C2 and C3 into Spira. At the end in Spira I have 6 comments instead of 3, due to duplicates: C1, C1, C1, C2, C2, C3. Note: I run this test writing one comment each 5 minutes, that is the time interval configured about syncs start. The offset I configured is 2. Im using SpiraTeam 7.2. How can avoit this behaviour? Thanks, Daniele

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Sync Jira-Spira: treatment of field Comment

Hello.
