We have to support emails to company internal users and external customers.  There are some limitations by Microsoft (see  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/send-emails/smtp-submission-improvements ) using their SMTP service.  Is there a way to configure the number of concurrent SMTP connections SpiraTeam can use at a time? SpiraTeam does not have a way to limit the number of emails, so I would either cut down on the number of notifications in use, or switch to  system dedicated to sending bulk emails. For example you can use a free mail server such as hMail or Amazon SES if using a cloud platform.
