Currently Spira uses radio-buttons in fields settings for a workflow status. I suggest to change to checkboxes as I need, for example, disabled+required field at step completed. Why? I need to ask user to fill the field before executing a transiition and at the same time I would like to prevent user from changing a field after a transition was passed.
