<rss version="2.0" xmlns:a10="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom"><channel><title>Inflectra Customer Forums: Can't tag a person while putting comments to any artifact (Thread)</title><description> I surprisingly could not find a way to tag a concerned person while putting comments to any requirement or testcase so that he/she can be notified automatically and take necessary action (like we have in Jira and other test case management tools).     The partial workaround I found is to create a new notification event and set it active, however the worse is that it notifies all members in the group/project and floods their mail boxes with unnecessary emails.     Appreciate if SpiraTest team plans to include this essential feature in one of their upcoming releases. This should let you do what you are looking for. I like your idea of tagging a person in a comment and them getting auto added to the list of subscribers/followers.
