I would like to display all the incidents that was assigned to me and in closed status now.&#xD;

  And I also would like to display all the incidents that was opened by me and in a closed status also.    Of course I want to display the closed ones with all the open incidents.    How do I manage to do that ? Is it possible to do that ? Hi   Lajos  You can modify the definition of Open/Closed by going to Administration &gt; Incident Statuses and making the types an "open" status.  Otherwise you could create a new saved filter for Your Assigned Incidents &amp; Status = Closed and then that Saved Filter will be on the My Page, under "My Saved Searches".  Regards  Adam   &#xD;
