 Dear Inflectra Support Team,     I have a problem when I create a new incident.  When I create an incident it sends me two emails.  First is the "New Incident" email, second is about there is a comment for this new inc.  I think that the system use the incident description field as a comment, thats why it sends an second email.     I work with lot of incidents and I have to save the "New Incident" email so this is a very annoying problem.  I can solve the problem if I turn off the email notification about the comments, but when I do this the system do not send me emails about the real comments.     The comments field is actually different to the Description, is the comments box underneath the main description field.     You might want to try upgrading to v5.0 as we've fixed a lot of the notification quirks in v4.x.
