I use Spira SOAP API ImportExport.svc , When I add a child requirement via Requirement_Create1 function, I then become unable to create valid requirements via UI not programmatically. A ll the follwing requirements are created by at the same Ident level. When I press "Insert Requirement" UI button, the newly created item has level 2 instead of Level 1.
