I understand from the Product guides that SpiraTeam has an IM function using Contacts within the domain. I can't find any content that helps me to create Contacts (to be displayed on my Home page) or to use the IM feature. See sections 3.2.11, 3.3.5, and 9.1. Note that the Instant Messenger feature can be enabled and disabled in Administration ->System -> General Settings. If you don't see any evidence of the feature in your company's SpiraTeam instance, it may be disabled.
