In the reporting of the Artifact Change History for columns with list values the value column shows the old and new "list item ID" instead of the "list item name". Is this expected? The ID is for a user very useless, because he cannot see the mapping between ID and Value anywhere. In the UI the item name is shown correctly but in a report e.g. in the Artifact Change History of the requirements you will see the item ID instead of the item name.
