In the SpiraTeam (V4.2) you can see in the History Tab of a test case not only the modifications to the test case itself even the modifications to any test step. But how can we print this out? In the Testcase Detailed report only the history of the testcase but not of the test steps is reported (it doesn't matter if you check test steps or not for the report). You can then filter by ArtifactTypeId = 7 for Test Steps . Also the issue with the standard report has been logged and we will fix it to include the test steps in the report Regards Adam.
